1. Which eSolar model should I choose?
• 180L – Suitable for 1-3 people, supports up to 2 bathrooms
• 300L – Suitable for 1-8 people, supports up to 4 bathrooms
• 450L – Suitable for 1-12 people, supports up to 6 bathrooms
(Based on a 6” shower head and 10 minutes per shower. Results may vary based on bathing time, weather, water pressure, shower head size, bathtub/jacuzzi usage.)

2. Where should the solar heater be installed?
• The highest point of the building, ensuring proper sun exposure (South-North-East-West orientation)
• Ideally located near the cold water tank, as the solar heater draws water from it
• Mounted on a strong roof truss for secure installation

3. What should I prepare before installation?
✔ Hot & Cold water piping system with a 0.5” stopcock near the solar heater
✔ 15 amp plug point ready near the unit for the backup heater
✔ Water pump installation (if required) should be done before solar setup

4. What is included in the basic installation?
• 3 meters of stainless steel hot & cold piping for solar inlet & outlet
• 3kW backup electrical heater & thermostat
• Pressure temperature valve for safety and control

5. What is excluded from the basic installation?
